Not much to say about a mouthpiece. It's uncomfortable at the befitbut you get used to it.

Fits almost every mouth just let the water cool down a touch, not straight boiling.Solid grip in both front and back, even room for my "fangs" to be snug and cozy.I think this is just as a good if not better than a double end mouthpiece, so long as you bite down with every punch, which is a must needed habit that this helps you apply.Also you can mouth breathe when gassed, so this is a plus side, just don't make it a habit, do your best to nose breathe.9/10

Very easy to mould and comfortable to wear and talk with. Doesn’t fall out of your mouth. I chose the clear one and it looks good. I use it for hockey
