I asked if they could recommend anywhere where I can go to find a replacement. She said no. Then... she asked me the model number of my grid. She then said she'd send me out a few. OUTSTANDING !!! They arrived 3 days later. Dear Houzer, I can't be the only one that ever needed a replacement. Think about selling these, I know I'd buy it when needed.
