I initially ordered a set of smaller (3 x 5) frames from desertcart exactly like this one. I was so impressed with those -- as were the recipients of the photos for which I used them -- that I ordered this one for an 8 x 10 photo that needed a frame. The frame is very sturdy; the metal is sleek-looking and has a nice coating on it; the "glass" is real glass, not plexiglass that scratches or gets discolored; and the back of the frame is velvet covered and allows for the frame to either stand on a table-top/shelf/dresser or to be hung on a wall. The price was good for the high quality of this frame, and it arrived very well packaged.
