Especially good raspberry vinaigrette! The day was busy, with all tables filled and others waiting in the foyer for tables, not a time to ask for the recipe. The next time we went to this restaurant it was just as busy. Then I went to a retirement party, a lunch catered by the same chef, and held in the business. Several choices of salad dressings, all served in pretty glass pitchers. The chef and assistant set up in a kitchen next to the large conference room. Afterward, I spoke with the chef - and he showed me the bottle! I tried several grocers plus big-box stores........none had this same brand. I tried one other brand and it wasn't half as good. It's good on fruit salad, salad plate with greens, chicken salad and fruit, lettuce and spinach or arugula or mixed greens plus strawberries, cherry tomatoes, walnuts or pecans, and feta cheese.
