I store them in a jar with a good bit of olive oil, perfect with a tuna sandwich or a tomato salad. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As close to eating them on the Mediterranean as you can get *by C***D on October 5, 2025* I order these olives so often I've decided to make them a subscription. If you've never had olives like this you need to know a few things. First and most importantly, you must rinse them well and soak them in cold, clean water for at least a few hours before you eat them or they will be too salty and leave a coating in your mouth. The longer you let them soak the better and you want to change the water out completely at least once after like two hours. I simply leave them in the bowl of water after that. You can put them in the refrigerator if you want or leave them on the counter. One package will last me about a week or less and they get better as they soak and I snack. They have the pits still in them and that's a good thing. They taste better this way. Note the firmness of each one as you will want to discard the softest ones. These olives are meant to be much saltier than the ones in the American grocery store. Please do not complain or give them a bad review for a quality they are supposed to have!!
