Our next level of absorbency is in our Ultimate protective underwear. It absorbs about 90 fl oz. **Q: How long do these keep you dry?** A: We only use them for overnight protection. Our 26 year old daughter has Anoxic brain damage and can't speak. She has to hydrate more than the average person due to her Addison's Disease. Most every morning there is no leakage onto the bed pad and the underpant is very heavy with urine. All I can say is these are the best of everything we've tried. Also they don't fall apart and we like that if she'd like to toilet a couple times before falling asleep it's easier than if wearing a diaper with side tabs.
