It’s exactly as pictured on the box, same size and quality. I really love that it stays cold so you don’t need to put it in the fridge or cooler. I get puffy under eyes and migraines and I use this sometimes to help ease both. You can kind of take it apart for cleaning too which I like just be careful because I don’t know if that’s it’s intended use. I haven’t noticed any major changes in my face from skin changes or lymphatic drainage but it’s definitely a nice item to add to your skincare routine, it feels luxurious and the cool feeling of the stainless steel is the best.
