The men over 40 one daily uses non active forms of 3mg B6 and a higher 400 Folic Acid for example, and while most do fine with that, the pyridoxine B6 form competitively inhibits the active B6 P5P form in higher doses leading to lower B6 function according to recent research and folic acid may not be able to be metabolized well by some peoples genetics and blood levels increase so it might possibly cause issues to a portion of people who take it daily.
