Doesn't cover any of the science of veganism, which can have unintended consequences like the increase of estrogen that can occur by ingesting soy. I also wanted more specifics on what food to eat with what types of exercise programs. I think I also saw one line that said a good way to increase your iron intake was too eat meat - not wrong but out of step with the title.
