I'll set it to level 10 for about 30 minutes while I do something else, and then I can just set if for 60 min at level 15 and be just fine. Be sure to use distilled water with sauna steamers. The warmer the room will intensify the heat. I gave this 4 stars because it seems like this particular steamer only last a year are a little less before not working at all. Im on the third one and this time I got a 2 year service plan.
