Once you get a sock over your feet it is good to go but even then, they eventually shift and no longer stay where they are needed. Depending on how bad it is, you may need to use more than one to space properly. I wear Army boots for long periods of time every day which destroy peoples feet. If you Join the military say goodbye to pretty feet haha.
