He is about 36 inches tall and this is the perfect height for him to get on and off the horses. The sounds are delightful. The horse is very stable and easy to assemble. Great value for the money. The colors are brown and black with reigns around the head and neck. Worth the money! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The brand/quality we needed *by T***S on February 19, 2020* A favorite! We purchased two much cheaper ones — not sure if they are “knock offs” but they were a different brand— and had to return those. We knew some who owned pony cycle, and knew they should move easier and better than the ones we started with. This really works much better for us! Easy to put together, and our kids can get moving on it immediately and navigate our small home with relative ease. It’s best on hard floors, but does move across our low pile rug. It does not back up, if necessary, the rider has to get off and manually turn it around or get adult help to lift it out of the corner etc. I often find it abandoned in corner or stuck on the carpet or a mess that’s on the floor, where they’ve been stuck and just hope off and move on to something else. It does motivate us to keep the floor as clear as possible— it really doesn’t drive over and through little toys, laundry or anything else in its way very well. It works ok outdoors for us, down hill much better than back up (even at slightly incline) but keep in mind there are no breaks. It doesn’t climb over cracks in the sidewalk etc very easily, at least with our 3 year old driving. Every one who comes over wants a turn, even bigger kids, although we have to enforce the weigh limit — it’s too expensive to take any risks of breaking.
