I have a smaller 18v Makita that still works but this is like having a powered saw in your hand. Well balanced and a touch heavy but excellent build quality. Ripped through a 2x12 and never hesitated.

Beast mode. I have a smaller 18v Makita that still works but this is like having a powered saw in your hand. Well balanced and a touch heavy but excellent build quality. Ripped through a 2x12 and never hesitated.

A little on the heavy side with 2 batteries, it is HD and very well built. I like the track follower in the base, the cuts are true with the track accessory. It came with a pretty good carbide blade.
