I have PMLE and find these do really make a difference. Still cant go out in the sun, but these have reduced the amount of reactions I get.

For the past 4+ years, even short periods in the sun would trigger a very itchy, boil type prickly heat–type rash on my skin. Once it appears it tends to stick around for quite a while, and I’ve even had it appear on my hands just from driving on a sunny day when they’re exposed through the windscreen. It makes summer days so miserable and I’ve tried so many different sunscreens, strong antihistamines and even spoke to my GP about it, but nothing stopped or helped the reaction. I decided to try these capsules alongside my usual sunscreen routine and, surprisingly, they’ve made a noticeable difference for me. I’ve been able to spend time in the sun without getting the same rash I normally would. Everyone is different of course, but after years of trying different things this is the first product that has helped me manage my sun sensitivity.
