I wasted 7-8 cartridges trying to carbonate one gallon of water to test it.EDIT: The customer service is amazing. They're sending a new regulator and refunded me for lost CO2. I'm increasing the star count for the product by 1 for now but if the new regulator works as advertised expect another edit!EDIT 2: The new regulator works perfectly.
