I have had great success this way with my very large dogs! **Q: Can this be used in and around the dogs ears?** A: I would use it around the ears but if the dog is itching it’s ears, I would think the itch is coming from the inside of the ear and may need an antibiotic from the veterinarian for yeast inside the ear.
