Fit one of our tandem kayaks (Perception Conduit 14.5) but not the other (Aqua-Terra Keowee 2). The sizing chart said would work for both.  I was surprised in that the larger boat was the one that fit - the cockpit is longer but apparently the other gets wider closer to the front. The elastic sinch strap didn't tighten at all when I pulled out 4' of elastic.
