While the flavor is good, the mint is very small so it takes, about three to do what one takes. Now, this is a personal preference, so your mileage may vary. They come packaged in a metal box, which fits nicely in your pocket, but can be a bit difficult to open at times, which causes them to spill out, or if you don't make sure you shut the box well, they can spill out in your pocket. Also note that since the container is metal, sometimes when you walk you can hear the jingle of them in the container. Not really a knock but an observation.
