When all the deliveries are made at my condo, an image has to be taken. Not only didn’t the Amazon driver notice the package was open while she confirmed delivered, I showed her it and she said she gets a lot of packages like that but didn’t think it was empty… illogical. Next the package was late when I paid for the increased price since it was one-day. The day my package was supposed to get delivered, the app said the driver was 1 stop away, which was 5 min away… don’t you know they moved my order to the next day delivery….. then had the nerve to blame me! Lastly. Not only was the package late, opened and the item was missing, Amazon told me that I had a promo credit $10 and never gave it to me ! Worst experience ever! Double check what you’re ordering because I paid a little something and got a lot of nothing!! Also, I ordered 2 wigs, one in black black and the other in black brown (that’s an interesting color). The black brown one also was missing, they reordered it for it also to be pushed back again!!!
