I highly recommend using the applicators and placing a capsule right before bed for best results. I prefer to use these after sex. For safety reasons, you should avoid having sex about 24 hours after usage. I do find that the product does leak out some onto underwear throughout the day (not a ton) so you might want to use a light pad. I don’t and it’s fine, but personal preference. I do recommend this product for completely neutralizing vaginal odor and keeping things cleaner.
