Use it for recipes other than stuffing, e.g. baked pineapple, meatloaf, etc. I, too, wish the price was a little more reasonable but at this time of year, you can't find it in the grocery stores. **Q: Why so expensive????? $10.00 a bag, ridiculous!** A: It clearly states cost on the bag for 3.99 How amazon can allow them to sell this product at such an inflated price is beyond me Btw I paid 25.99 for 4 bags. Still a rip off **Q: How many cups of cubes per bag?** A: I cant say 100%, but at least 8 cups per bag just by eyeballing it. On the back of the bag, it says "1.1 oz per 1 cup."
