Review: Love it! - As someone who did keto 10 years ago, when options were much more slim, I've been thankful for Carbquik, then and now. I've recently started a healthier way of eating once again, not low carb or keto, but cutting out unnecessary carbs and sugar, etc. Today I made the biscuit recipe that comes on the box and was SO happy to eat them with my eggs for breakfast! Satisfied me all day at work. While I don't use it daily, it's a great way to "treat yourself" a couple times a week. So many ways to use it! Also love it for pizza crusts! As a self-proclaimed carb-itarian, I don't know if I could sustain a healthier eating lifestyle without it. It does contain seed oils, but other than that, the ingredients are pretty "clean". 5 stars!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Learning curve.

Warning- be prepared it is NOT bisquick. Be prepared the smell and taste is not the same either. Also I will list my pro and cons. Cons first. Con- take a bit of a learning curve as long as you know it’s not 100 percent like bisquick. I made busciut like I would bisquick. They looked more like flattened cardboard pancakes. But—-I made a smaller batch next time, my secret was smaller drop biscuits and I put one egg in it and water- and bam. Worked for me. Con- smell and taste is not bisquick. It will take a taste curve but for what it offers in low carb count and can still have biscuit? Pancakes, etc. up to you to make that “ taste curve”. I have tried several things to cover up that cardboard ( different smell and taste but hey just get use to it and learn that you know when it’s low carb. And that is a good thing. So with the cons. They are not bad ones. More like learning curves. Pro- carb content. Just like it states. Better than a lot of low carb options. Pro- so easy and quick for sure. Pro- a lot of different things to do for us carbaholics trying to not have the carb/ sugar content. I haven’t used in a bread machine yet. My next step is to try with Mixes if coconut flour and almond flour to make loaf bread. Then all areas of bread are taking care of with just one box mix of this. It’s worth a try. Oh. A tip- making busquit I made a flat mess first time. Used them as hamburger buns though. Just add one egg to the mix that makes 6 or more and it helped.
