Touch control is refined, on and off functions quickly ramp the brightness up and down smoothly rather than abruptly, a nice touch. The neck is easily adjustable and holds its position at the extents of its reach. Brightness is beyond sufficient for detailed work and the color options are useful. It was easy to install and the base is stable. It doesn't require more than 1/4" gap behind the desk to install.
