QS-5100 Reflow Soldering Machine Description: QS-5100 is the latest development of a reflow used in electronic products, maintenance of SMT technology and convenient type of back to welding equipment.The product uses infrared heating elements and temperature sensing components.The precise control through the microcomputer, so that reflow temperature control curve in full compliance with SMT reflow manufacturing process requirements, 'temperature curve' precision is adjustable to meet the requirements of different material parameters of the solder paste.Through the 'Settings' feature makes a return to welding equipment, maintenance, drying and other features. A total of two sets of machine operating parameters to choose from, namely the 'reflow' and 'maintenance.' 'Reflow' is a circuit board for soldering components designed to run the whole process has heating, insulation, (set of welding) temperature and cooling; 'maintenance' is a response to the demolition of the circuit board components, and designed to run the course of a heating and insulation, and 'reflow' less than a month cooling process.
