I have wide feet and measure a 5W. Normally i need to got up to 6M to get enough width in this type of shoe. The straps are long enough to fit comfortably with the 5M. I have plantar fasciitis and need extra cushioning to help alleviate the pain. These are great. I've worn out 3 pair and these are my 4th pair. It's a older style and getting harder to find so I bought two extra pair for later.
