The main complaint that people have is that it tastes bad. Well, maybe it tastes bad if you are putting a Tbsp in a cup of water as a supplement, but if you use only 5-10 drops per 8 oz. of water it actually tastes amazing. The result is basically like home made Smartwater, which is essentially bottled RO water infused with electrolytes/minerals. My routine has been to add a few cubes of ice and 10 drops of 40,000 volts to a cocktail shaker and shake it to really integrate the minerals with the water (you could stir too I guess, or shake it in a travel water bottle) This method has resulted in the best tasting water I've had aside from expensive, plastic-wasting, bottled water like Fiji. It is worth noting that I use a TDS meter to determine proper concentration. I enjoy the flavor most with a reading of 300-400. I've tried Concentrace and ToniiQ, which are also good options but this is cheaper when you buy the 2 pack. RO water is stripped of all its minerals and therefore becomes slightly acidic, which results in harsh tasting water, because the minerals that were taken out were alkaline (potassium, calcium, sodium bicarbonate, etc.) and many experts say that we should drink slightly alkaline water (not ionized, the alkalinity needs to come from minerals.)
