I use it to warm up at the range or before a round. Great feel and weight to the club. It has a rubber non slip grip that feel great. It has two extra weights that you can add if there is not enough. The only thing I had an issue with is the shaft which seems pretty stiff so I dont get alot of lag out of the club but I guess thats kinda the purpose of the club is to help you gain that speed and put lag into your swing.
