**Q: What’s the potassium and phosphorus amount?**
A: I don't think it's written on the package. I no longer have it in the original container. I put all my grains in glass containers to keep mice out

**Q: Where is this grown?**
A: The packaging states "product of USA".
They are very good. I use them in soups!

**Q: Is this hulled?**
A: Barley "groats" have only the outer hull removed. "Pearled barley" has the outer husk AND bran layers removed. I bought this to make "barley risotto" (seen on a cooking show); it worked very well for that purpose.
