I purchased one of these to circulate cool air thru my "inter cooler" I built to cool the inside of my car while it is sitting out in a parking lot. That way I don't have to get into a hot car to drive home. FYI, it is powered by a solar panel. **Q: Do I have to get a thermostat or speed control or can I just wire them up to a 12v lead and ground? Im using in a car audio setup to cool amplifiers??** A: Yes, you can using in a car audio setup to cool amplifiers. **Q: UL compliance?** A: Great fan, still working just great. **Q: Does the fan have an automated temperature shut off?** A: No those fans always run constant that’s what you want when the pc is running keep it cooled ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quiet yet moves serious air. *by K***G on 6 June 2026* This fan runs very quiet ,yet it moves a lot of air.
