Because they are very thin, they take less time to cook, but also don't hold their original shape well. GOOD SOURCE OF FIBER: One serving provides 18% of your daily value. Old fashioned Oats Gluten free Our Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats make a deliciously hearty, whole grain cereal that gives you lasting energy. To ensure that these types of oats maintain their gluten free integrity, we handle them with care in our dedicated facility. Goodness of Whole grains They’re a great way to add dietary fiber to your diet and a wonderful low glycemic load for breakfast, a snack or baking. Recipe Dried Fruit Cashew Granola Ingredient - 4 cups Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (384 g), 1 cup Cashews (150 g), ½ cup Dried Cranberries (65 g), ¼ cup Organic Chia Seeds (52 g), ¼ cup Hulled Hemp Seed (38 g), ¼ cup Dried Blueberries (48 g), ½ cup Almond Butter (120 g), ½ cup Maple Syrup (125 mL), ¼ cup Coconut Oil (54 g). Direction - Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside. In a mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix to combine. Then in small saucepan over medium heat, melt and combine almond butter, maple syrup and coconut oil. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until combined. Spread mixture on prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking. Once baked, serve and enjoy. Combine oatmeal, water, salt and pepper in a large bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir in cheese powder and microwave for an additional minute. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes, then serve. Gluten Free Chocolate Chunk Scones Ingredients - 2 ¼ cups + 2 Tbsp Gluten Free Biscuit & Baking Mix (340 g) divided, ⅓ cup Cane Sugar (30 g), ½ tsp Kosher Salt, ½ cup Cold Unsalted Butter (113 g), 1 cup coarsely chopped Dark Chocolate (170 g), ½ cup Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (48 g), ⅔ cup Milk (60 g), 1 Egg (50 g), 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk together 2 ¼ cups baking mix, sugar and salt. Cut the butter into small chunks and work into the flour mixture make butter in size of peas. Stir in chocolate and oats. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg and vanilla extract. Pour milk mixture into the flour and stir just mixed. Sprinkle a work surface with half of reserved baking mix and turn out dough onto the surface, dusting with remaining flour. Pat dough into an 8-inch round that is ¾-inch thick and slice into 8 triangles, or cut with a biscuit cutter into 8 rounds. Transfer scones to a lined baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes.

I am having gluten intolerance and there are not many options in the market, even other gluten free oats are not 100% gluten free because they are processed in the same factory which also process wheat products. So there is a chance of cross contamination. Only Bob's Red Mill Gluten free Oats are 100% gluten free. Price is very high if you compare with local products, but it's not for everyone. Only people having gluten intolerance needs to consume it.
