**Q: Is there a finger monitor for blood pressure ?**
A: Hi, thanks for your interest in our product. The product cannot be used to monitor blood pressure.

**Q: does this stay on all night working and if numbers drop too low does an alarm go off?**
A: Yes. You can change the mode and it will stay on all night (granted you have enough battery power) and yes, an alarm goes off if it drops below a certain level.
