When it arrived, I was massively disappointed because the box was open and every product was used and almost gone. In fact, one of the products wasn't even in the box. I immediately got on Amazon and requested a replacement and I received it in a few days. I've used these products now for 2 weeks and I am noticing a reduction in my fine lines and wrinkles. It's definitely not an immediate response, however, I am hopeful after a couple more weeks that I will see even more results. Also, my skin had never been so soft!
