I highly recommend it.I was able to mount it up in the rack, plug in all the cables, and it went to work immediately.I am using this switch in a whole home technology integration installation which will control all audio, video, and internet in the entire house. I ran several load tests against it and tried using up all the ports. This switch never missed a beat.I do not have much time on it yet so I cannot comment on reliability over the long run.
