The power window regulators break all the time and you will have to replace door panel clips every time. The OEM clip seems to work okay until you remove the panel. The clips in this package (the green one in the pic) are a different design than OEM factory and work well as a replacement for the OEM two-piece clip. But they only work if you remove the female-side clip retaining piece from the actual door. Once you pull that part out of the door, these clips work pretty good. I'm sure some will break the next time I pull the panel, or maybe even before, but you have 100 of them! Local parts place wants $5 a piece for the same clip in this package. Nope. Not doing that.
