These were just slightly smaller than the ones I bought 2 years ago at Costco but still a great size. Several features make these ideal. For one, they take up very little room when storing them, unlike the Gladware or Tupperware containers. They all stack neatly with the covers neatly stacked underneath. In the refrigerator they stack neatly on top of each other as well! You could even take some masking tape to put the date and contents if you wanted. The covers seal/snap together well, although I think you’d be crazy to store liquid in them unless you keep them upright in the refrigerator. Liquids, I feel need a screw top container if you plan to transport them. They are supposed to be BPA free but I personally never reheat food in the microwave in any kind of plastic container. These are also great for sending leftovers home with our son. If I get the containers back-great. If not, no loss! The first bundle I bought over two years ago and when I got down to just a couple left, I figured it was time for another bundle. So happy I was able to find these on Amazon as Costco no longer carries them. Unfortunately not available in CA anymore *by W***T on Reviewed in the United States on August 19, 2018* The Snap Pak brand is the sturdiest version of this food container. Only the 38oz version is sold in Costco. I have tried other 28oz brands purchased from Amazon but the Snap Pak brand is the highest quality - especially for re-usability.Unfortunately, sellers are prohibited from shipping these containers to California customers.
