So I ordered these because my naturopath wants me to take the 1:1 because I have osteoporosis and she recommends this. Compared to the capsules in the other brand these pills are HUGE. Fortunately I don't really have a problem swallowing pills but these are almost difficult for me. I realize they have Vit C in them and the other brand didn't which could account for the size difference. I'm happy that this brand includes Boron as well as Zinc; many Cal/Mag supplements don't. One BIG complaint though is that the tablets don't seem very stable, they actually get sticky in my pill organizer after only a few days which is annoying, almost like they are beginning to break down. I use a pill organizer because I don't want a kitchen counter full of bottles and the stickiness makes me wonder about the integrity of the tablet. But this is the only thing out there with what I need so....Wish they would make them in capsule form like Metabolic Maintenance did.
