Review: Not very well made - I bought the item to replace a stainless steel one I had previously, when I changed my sinks and work top. It looked great when the plumber had fitted it to my smaller sink but only 3 weeks later the black coating has started to chip and flake off. It has hardly had any use and has not suffered any impacts. I wish I had kept the stainless steel one!!

**Q: Does this product just snap in or does it require installation?**
A: requires installation. Plumbers puddy under the rim and a locking ring from your current disposal should be what you need.Should be an insinkerator brand disposal to insure proper fit.

**Q: can this be used with  product - InSinkErator QCB-AM Anti-Microbial Quiet Collar Sink Baffle, Black**
A: The White version worked great so I assume the Black version is the same size / fit.

**Q: Mine doesn't hold water.  How can I get new rubber gaskets or something.   Its like the plug doesn't fit tightly and yes it is a insinkerator plug.**
A: Sometimes if the plug has been used quite a bit it will shrink a little and the water leaks. I ordered a new plug and it solved my issue.

**Q: Will this fit a Badger garbage disposal?**
A: It didn’t fit mine

6-months and the Black started to peel! Looks horrible and now I have to remove the garbage disposer and install a new one.....no warranty at this point either. Terrible product and do NOT recommend!
