What is the diameter of the post that sticks into the tripod?** A: 0.87-0.88 inches or 22mm **Q: How long do the legs extend?** A: 15 inches **Q: I assume since it is the correct connecter that this would work with a D220?** A: Yes the connector is a UHF female. The D220 comes with a UHF male. No worries if it didn’t match. There are plenty of adapters available to suit most needs. I needed to use a UHF male to male for my Diamond antenna.
