**Q: Has anyone tried coffee/tea in these? Do they stand up to hot beverages**
A: Dear Buyer, these handmade Copper mugs are mainly used for serving cold beverages and can also be used to serve hot coffee, as Copper is known to be a good conductor of heat as well. Precaution: We suggest to allow the coffee to cool down for at least 5 minutes before consuming it from a Copper mug as these mugs keep the coffee real hot for sure. Best regards, STAGLIFE

A: For me they would not work for hot beverages...they are metal and not thick. They work great for iced beverages, they seem to keep them cold longer! I love them!
