THERABAND Professional Non-Latex Resistance Bands are available in 8 color-coded levels of resistance. Review: Great for ballet dancers and Pilates enthusiasts - I am a ballet and fitness instructor and I bought this to use for my dancers. They love that I’ll cut off a length for them to take home to practice and stretch and strengthen with. I like the feel of the non-latex much better than the latex bands, and they smell less weird too. I find that the roll lasts me longer and is more cost effective for how I use it with my students. I also took a step up from the RED strength to the GREEN and it’s just enough, but not too much more. I like to learn new ways to use them for strength and flexibility for my dance and Pilates students by watching videos on YouTube and by reading articles on my favorite dance teaching blogs.
