The stainless steel provides rugged durability for your business or home. Premium grade pump - This wall mounted soap dispenser utilizes a premium grade brass internal pump mechanism engineered to prevent leakage and hold up to long term, heavy duty usage. Other brands use lower quality plastic pumps or combine metal with plastic. As a result, these other companies have higher leakage rates. At EnBath, we utilize only top quality all brass pump mechanisms which give you the best leak-free protection available in a wall mount soap dispenser.Corrosion Proof Lining - This bathroom liquid soap dispenser has a plastic polymer internal lining which provides increased protection from corrosion. Other stainless steel soap dispenser brands do not have this lining and have internal corrosion issues which cause the soap to turn brown/be discolored. Even stainless steel can corrode if higher acidity soap (less than pH 6.5) sits in the unit too long or if maintenance is neglected. Our Best Value Bathroom model utilizes an internal plastic polymer to provide extra protection against internal corrosion giving you the best worry-free performance possible.Dimensions and Contents - This large soap dispenser has a 37 oz. (1100 ml) capacity container. It is 8 inches tall, 4 7/8 inches wide, 2 7/8 inches deep (4 7/8 inches deep including pump). It is made with high quality 304 stainless steel. Nevertheless, as a general rule for all soap dispensers, do not use soaps with high acidity levels. Liquid soaps with pH levels between 6.5 and 8.5 are recommended. Commercial soaps specifically made for soap dispensers normally have acceptable pH levels and are safe to use. More acidic soaps could cause an oxide film to form on the outside if not rinsed thoroughly. It could also degrade rubber seals in the pump mechanism causing leaks. Highly acidic soaps may also cause skin irritation. Some non-commercial, cheaper soaps (typically the pink lotion type) are highly acidic and could cause these issues. Also, base soaps with pH levels above 8.5 can cause swelling or degradation of rubber seals which in turn causes leaks. They can also cause skin irritation. We don't recommend any particular brand of soap, however, actual commercial hand soap is recommended since they normally have the proper pH levels and are much less likely to cause skin irritation. **Q: Does it work with “foaming” soaps?** A: No, this stainless steel soap dispenser is designed to work with liquid hand soap. **Q: How to lock the dispenser to the wall bracket? It easily can be pulled out of the bracket by lifting it.** A: Only the soap reservoir locks. The unit itself slides onto the bracket which is mounted on the wall. It is designed to be removed easily for routine cleaning and rinsing the inside of the container occasionally as per recommendations. It is not designed to be unremovable. Feel free to contact the help department if you would like to discuss other options for making it more difficult to remove. The manufacturer contact information is in the paperwork that came with the soap dispenser. **Q: Where can I buy the refill bags for this dispenser?** A: This commercial dispenser does not require refill bags. It has an internal reservoir that you pour soap into from the top. This is the most cost effective method for a hand soap dispenser. Liquid soap can be bought in gallon jugs in bulk for high volume commercial applications. You can also buy lesser quantity soap containers for lower volume usage. Either way, you simply use the provided key to open the top of the container and pour soap in as needed. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As it shows *by C***D on 21 January 2026* Love the look! ### ⭐ Rusty after two weeks. *by A***T on 15 March 2025* Rusty after two weeks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pro choice *by K***K on 29 July 2026* Just what we needed.
