I'm 5'10" and 170 lbs. About 3/4 of my shirts are large. The Carhartt medium fit me perfectly. Not tight at all. **Q: Where are these shirts made? I always keep my phone in the chest pocket of my polo shirts, but I’m recent years I’ve noticed that many companies have removed the pockets from their polos.Not Carhartt. This polo is really great quality. Note that it isn’t one of those thin, breathable, “fancy” polos that so many companies sell now. I don’t like those to be honest. This polo has a good weight to it but is also soft to the touch.Also note that “loose fit” is definitely loose. I wear Large and bought a Large for this polo, and it’s somewhere between what I think Large and XL should be. I had the Carhartt work-dry pocket polos from Gander mountain in which I think now they've discontinued . So I stumbled across these and I think by far are the best quality pocket polo work shirts money can buy. I wear them to work for about 12-15 hours a day and it superbly keeps me dry and isn't too hot. I definitely now check my future purchases for the standard that Carhartt seems to have establish with quality and comfort which is hard to find on other garments. The details that I love about this shirt is that the pocket has a mini pocket for a single pen which is something I've never seen in any other pocket polo. Also, the buttons are actually the same color as the shirt! I went from buying black, and loving it made me purchase the Heather Grey and Navy . (Navy being my overall favorite) Having now purchased 3 colors and loving them, I am patiently waiting for the Steel Blue and Moss to come in the mail. Until Carhartt releases more colors in this template, I may have to double up on Black and Navy. I must remind first time buyers that the size runs a bit bigger, not necessarily taller. You will have to buy their Big and Tall sizes if you are Big and Tall .
