It is very well built and easy to assemble. You simply sit the motor/fan assembly on top of the water tank. That's it...nothing to secure it should there be a good wind. The "mist" if one wants to call it that is VERY heavy at the lowest setting. Instructions say if too much "mist" to "cap" some nozzles off, but with what? Nothing included. The "mist" is so heavy the patio floor was soaked within 10 mins. The fan on low blows very hard and loud.
