I am always the fan with this specific style of headphone. I usually run or workout with those. It doesn't fall out of my ear and light enough to be able to do all sort of exercise. I also have the high end 200+ wireless sports headphone that I use. This headphone is pretty much in the same category if not better compare to the LG one, one thing is that it is foldable so very compact to store, The retractable ear plug is a plus so I dont need to worry about the cables. The sound quality is super clear. The only thing that I would say about the product is that is it does not state if it is water proof or not. It is pretty sweat proof and I often wipe the headphone with a rinsed towel to clean if off. The retractable headphone feature is really convenient since it retracts everything nicely preventing the earbuds to be hanging out all over. This function is really easy to engage by pressing a little button on each side, each cable retracts individually. I run 3 to 4 times a week and these stay in the ear really good even when I'm sweating. They also fold nicely and take little storage room so is easy to put the in one of the little packet of my backpack when I travel. I've tried about every kind of headphone and earbud-corded, bluetooth-you name it. These finally fit all the criteria I had for convenient, comfortable music listening at work. They are compact so they don't take up a lot of desk space. The earbuds are retractable so there is no tangled wire mess to deal with. The neckband allows me to remove one or both buds to converse with the people around me and not have them slide off onto the floor. Battery life, for me, has been longer than 16 hours. I made sure they were fully charged before the first use. I use them 8 hours a day at work, and I have only had to charge them once since the initial charge. That's pretty amazing. The four star review is because of the random announcement of battery strength that scares the daylights out of you at seemingly random times. I could understand announcing it at power-up as a status report, then a battery low warning, but it also announces power high and power medium. It's irksome, but it doesn't occur often enough to make me want to stop using them. Mine came in the box not with a case, but the box has a flocked plastic tray molded to hold them in the folded up position.
