Review: Very comfy and looks great. Autofull customer service is amazing - This is a fantastic chair in almost every way. Looks great. Very comfy and the adjustability is perfect for me. Really helps get through the working day, even with a back condition. The foot rest is a great addition too. It's more like a calf rest, but still very comfy. I only have one negative, but sadly it's a really annoying one. The backrest of the chair is already creaking quite loudly, only after a few weeks. I've checked everything is tight, but after careful listening and feeling around, have discovered that the creak is coming from the actual metal framework inside the backrest section. It’s a real shame, because it does take the edge off a brilliant chair otherwise. UPDATE: After informing Autofull of the creak, they immediately replaced the chair with a new one. It arrived within a couple of days and so far all is good. Really impressed with the service and there was no hesitation in resolving the problem. This is a company with confidence in the product.

A: Much more comfortable than expected. quality and price are also relatively good. I have used it for several months and basically use it for several hours a day.hope video below can help you

A: honestly, AutoFull is the best cost-effective one I used. The cheap chairs I bought before are of poor quality. SecretLab brand chairs are oveprice and more brand premium. People around me recommend AutoFull. If your budget is limited and have high requirements for quality, I personally recommend AutoFull

**Q: Is the air cylinder easy to break ? a little worried about it？**
A: It seemed pretty robust. 

I changed mine for a heavier duty one with longer "lift" as I'm 6'2" and 130Kg

**Q: I have a thick carpet with big under layer. I need wheels and a Base that will support my carpet and not break. Is this a good buy?**
A: The base is made of high-standard nylon which can bear up to 150kg. Casters are made of soft PU mute material which will not damage the floor and make no noise. In order to better help you understand the difference between materials, I hope this video can help you ,

Title: Comfortable chair but armrest adjustment could be improved Review: Overall this chair is very comfortable and supportive. The cushioning feels good even after sitting for long hours, and the back support is solid. For the price, the quality is quite decent. However, the assembly process could be made simpler. The instructions are okay, but a more straightforward design would make installation smoother. Also, the armrest height adjustment requires two hands to operate. It would be much better if it could be adjusted with one hand. A smarter and more user-friendly mechanism would definitely improve the overall experience. Still a good chair overall, just with some room for improvement.
