Are there cartoons of people in bed? Yes. Are they pornographic? Not at all. This book has a lot of sense information and is very thorough. It says age 10+ but I would be comfortable giving this book to my seven year old. There is nothing in this book that we have not had a conversation about already from masturbation to gender to sexual abuse. I don't think he would have an issue with any of the topics, however it is a LOT of info with small type and that is the one reason I could see that this may be hard for a kid under 10 to digest.
