They ripped on the plastic coated knob on the bottom of a boom stand. However I double bagged the sand in gallon zipper bags and they still didn't leak. Now that I know to be careful with them I'm sure I'll get a decent life out of them before they need to be completely replaced. I'm still giving 4 stars because they are very professional looking cost effective and have a nice rigid rod that keeps the sandbags shape in the center. Its a nice touch. Hind sight next time out I'll print iron on logos before I fill them with sand for an even more pro look. If anyone else does this I'd love to hear about your experience.
