For me they are the the near-perfect size and weight to keep in a leg pocket all day while working.The flared grips are perfect, the button is tactile and so far the entire wand seems durable through some of the abuse I've put it through.My only complaint is that the battery / contacts inside seems to be on the looser size, so I had to tighten my cap down fairly hard just to make sure that the connection wasn't making my lights flicker / dim during use.
