I do not worry with a 7 They say overnight but I am fine with them day and night. Note: the small end goes to the front. I’ve tried all brands and for me Tena is the best. Amazon has them on my back porch no fail. **Q: Wondering how well these stay in place when active like walking or running? Do they hold up well as the day goes along or fall apart?** A: They hold up very well, are absorbent, and they stay in place. I don’t run anymore, but do walk regularly and without any issues. I do recommend that you wear underwear that fits well and is not too big.
