My straps have been digging in and causing issues with movement and pain. These do help alleviate this. My only issue is that there’s no breathability for my skin and it gets a little raw. I’m going to glue some sort of a fabric to the underside that will hopefully help this issue. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars These work pretty well *by I***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 14, 2017* These work pretty well, although they don't hang onto a thin bra strap as well as I'd like ... the opening is only slightly smaller than the strap they're supposed to cling to, so they tend to slide off on their own; and on one occasion, one of them just fell at my feet ... at the time, I noticed it right away -- but it could easily have been lost that way. But they do nicely help to prevent the deep depression that can develop on one's shoulders from the weight carried by the bra strap. So I assumed these would fit straps that widen out at the top. Bad assumption. They're standard width and my wide straps bulged out. Looks like there is no truly wide version of this product. I returned these, as I already have some identical ones for which I found a workaround: for keeping the straps from slipping, they work just as well wrapped around the narrower front part of the strap.
